I celebrated my Mums birthday by making her breakfast in bed. We also celebrated Easter by reading the Easter story as a family. We decorated paper Easter Eggs and stuck them in the window for people to look at as they walked by. Then we got a lot of chocolate eggs. To finish the day we watched the movie Evan Almighty. On Anzac Day we made Anzac biscuits and made Anzac lanterns with poppies and a cross that said: "Lest we forget".
Kia ora Isaac. You and your family have been busy in your bubble. Thank you for sharing some of the ways your family remembers and celebrates special occasions. I also make ANZAC biscuits and wear a poppy to remember the huge sacrifice that the WW1 soldiers made. Keep up the excellent blogging!
ReplyDeleteHi Isaac, thank you for sharing how your family celebrated Easter and thought about the importance of ANZAC Day. The lanterns were a lovely idea.

ReplyDeleteHi Isaac. Thank you for sharing what you have been doing with your family. It definitely sounds like you have been very busy indeed. I seem to have spent alot of my time baking. I made hot cross buns at Easter, Anzac bisuits on ANZAC day, and two days ago I made a friend a birthday cake.
ReplyDeleteHi Isaac that nice work you've got there. Good job by the way HI!
